HISTORY

Vaughn Storage Systems Company was established in Lubbock, TX on

March 1, 1976 as a distributor for Republic Steel Corporation Industrial

Products and Storage Rack Divisions.

Originally a sole proprietorship, the business incorporated on November

1, 1981. In January 1980, the company was designated as an authorized

dealer for Republic Steel Building Corporation and began operations as a

design/build contractor.
